You can produce high quality products at &quot;low cost&quot;, but you cannot produce high quality at half the cost of &quot;low cost&quot;.

Crap is what you get when you negotiate too much in China, you should know to what cost level is appropriate to produce high quality and a bit of margin for you supplier. Negotiate around that level.</description>

		<description>On all levels, people try to make as much money as possible with least possible effort, wherever you are in the organisation and regardless of what you do, this has a negative impact on the end result.

Add to that:
- little - no respect for people; except close family &amp; friends
- little - no respect for things; not for end product, what is used to produce (machines, buildings and their maintenance), how it is produced (process), and for the resources used (energy, raw materials etc)

Not all is lost, but seek out the companies that have reward systems and a set of values that people live by when producing your product.</description>
