Oh, and 100% inspection is also often not perfectly effective in American or European factories. That&#039;s when 200% inspection comes in...</description>

		<description>To generalize chinese manufacturers and to say that they all do this is slightly single sided to say the least. I&#039;m pretty sure that there are people who have realized the possibilities of foreign manufacturer and about how cheap things may be, and under british or european management i&#039;m pretty sure that quality control measures will be taken. To get to the top you have to be trusted enough to produce a product that does its job and does it well. Just saying....</description>
